AI Use Notice

Massive Dynamic Systems uses artificial intelligence voice agents for product demonstrations. In compliance with California SB-1001, the Colorado AI Act, and EU AI Act Article 50:

• All AI agents operated by MDS will disclose that they are AI on every call, before any substantive exchange.
• No AI agent will claim to be human if sincerely asked.
• Calls may be recorded as disclosed at the start of every session.
• AI agents operate only within defined parameters and do not make binding commitments.
