When you interact with our website or AI demo, we may collect: name, email, phone number (only if you request a call-back), browser type, IP address, and interaction data (pages visited, demo usage, form submissions).

How we use it

To provide the service, respond to inquiries, improve our AI agents, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Call recordings

Demo calls are recorded and stored for up to 30 days. You consent to recording before any call begins. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@massivedynamicsystems.com.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics (aggregate, no PII) and PostHog (session-memory only, no cookies dropped). No cookie consent banner is required.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact privacy@massivedynamicsystems.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
